Seventy-five feet of beachfront makes water perfect for swimming or children playing. 2 Kayaks and 1 paddle boat are available for use. Boat dock available (must use the public launch to launch boat). An open floor plan means that you can enjoy the breathtaking water view from every room. Hardwood floors throughout. Wi-Fi and cable are provided. OFF-STREET parking for up to 5 vehicles.
NOTES: From Labor Day (Sept) - Memorial Day (May) the VRBO website quote is for 4 guests. There is a $25 per guest per night charge after 4 guests. An updated quote will be sent once we receive your request. We are happy to provide a quote in advance if you are uncertain how the calculation will work. Renters insurance is required during your stay if it includes News Year's Eve and must be added prior to booking. THIS CHARGE DOES NOT APPLY DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS OR FOR MEMORIAL AND LABOR DAY WEEKENDS.
